Taking a body from a state of disrepair into a new and healthy lifestyle can be a challenge for many. Those with a great deal of weight to lose may see exercise as a way to trim the fat quickly. They could combine it with a healthy diet, but they may find they are going overboard on their workouts. Other people could choose to stay with their current diet and just work off their excess weight. They may be working too hard because they are unaware there is a right amount of exercise for each person. While it may not be particularly harmful at first, getting too much exercise can become a future health issue.
